As the owner and technician of WPC Consulting I have a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems from the University of Houston. I also have an Associates Degree from Texas State Technical College in Computer Maintenance.

I have 7 years of hands on experience in computer hardware, software, networking, and extensive knowlege in computer troubleshooting. I have been a certified computer technician for 5 years.
